Irene Myrbostad, born in Kristiansand in 1956, lives in Drøbak, a charming little town just south of Oslo. At the opening of her exhibitions, Myrbostad usually presents her pieces on a catwalk. At present she works with wearable art for the entire body, but has designed sculptural hats since 1992.

Myrbostad has been represented at shows and exhibitions since 1996.
